​​​AVERTISSEMENT

Compte-tenu des nombreux "no-shows" (réservation sans venir ni prévenir), qui ont été préjudiciables à nos établissements, nous sommes malheureusement obligés de passer d'une politique d'acompte quasi inexistante à une plus grande vigilance.

Il en est de même pour les arrivées de plus en plus fréquentes au delà des horaires d'ouverture, souvent sans prévenir, imposant des frais de personnels supplémentaires non négligeables. Cette attente est désormais facturable. 

Au même titre que les petits-déjeuners réservés mais finalement non pris (gâchis alimentaire), ou que le garage privé fermé réservé à l'avance mais non utilisé (au détriment d'autres clients qui en auraient eu besoin).

De manière générale, un client mal-aimable ou irrespectueux avec notre personnel pourra se voir refuser l'accès à nos services, ainsi que tout client ayant fait une réservation avec une carte de crédit invalide et/ou aux informations incomplètes.

Enfin, tout commentaire laissé sur internet, que nous considérerons comme mensonger, infondé ou diffamatoire, pourra faire l'objet d'une poursuite judiciaire, notamment s'il est laissé sur un site partenaire qui refuserait notre droit de réponse (c'est malheureusement souvent le cas sur Booking.com). Ce type de commentaire fait en effet de plus en plus de mal à la profession et, surtout, au personnel qui s'investit de son mieux pour offrir le meilleur séjour possible. Heureusement, ils ne représentent que 1.8% des clients reçus mais sont particulièrement traumatisants.

VERSEMENT D'UN ACOMPTE POUR TOUTE RESERVATION DE SEJOUR

ATTENTION : si l'acompte n'est pas perçu dans les 5 jours qui suivent la confirmation de réservation par LES PATIO & COTTAGE DE SOPHIE, celle-ci ne pourra être maintenue et/ou garantie.

 

  • En direct, l'acompte est de 30% de la totalité des nuitées réservées. Il ne comprend ni les extras (petit-déjeuner, consommations, repas, garage ...) ni la taxe de séjour. L'annulation est possible si elle est effectuée au moins 5 jours avant la date d'arrivée. L'acompte est dès lors remboursé avec une retenue systématique de 10 €TTC par chambre pour couvrir les frais de traitement de la réservation et de son annulation. Tout séjour non annulé dans les 5 jours précédant l'arrivée est facturé dans sa totalité, ainsi que tout séjour commencé (accueil à la réception) mais écourté. Le remboursement de l'acompte (moins la retenue) est versé dans les 30 jours suivant la date prévue de séjour.

  • Sur les centrales de réservation externes, l'acompte est de 50% à 100% de la totalité des nuitées réservées. Il ne comprend ni les extras (petit-déjeuner, consommations, repas, garage ...) ni la taxe de séjour. L'annulation est possible mais non remboursable. Tout séjour commencé (accueil à la réception) mais écourté est facturé.

CONDITIONS COMMUNES AU PATIO & AU COTTAGE

 

  • Non fumeur : établissement non fumeur (sécurité des clients).

  • Pas d'animaux : animaux non acceptés (hygiène et allergies).

  • Absences d'obligations : le classement 3*** tel qu'il a été attribué par l'organisme officiel ATOUT FRANCE dispense LES PATIO & COTTAGE DE SOPHIE d'un accueil plus de 12 heures / jour, de l'aide aux bagages, de l'ascenseur et de la climatisation, la plupart étant des critères réservés aux hôtels 4****. Nous faisons toutefois tout notre possible pour vous satisfaire au mieux.

  • Nombre limité de personnes : LES PATIO & COTTAGE DE SOPHIE sont des petits hôtels de 5ème catégorie dont la capacité d'hébergement est limitée (normes sécurité incendie). La Direction est donc susceptible de refuser de recevoir des enfants en bas âge qui dormiraient dans la chambre de leurs parents si cela fait augmenter la capacité d'accueil au-delà du nombre de personnes autorisées et/ou de refuser des parents qui ont réservé une chambre pour 2 et arrivent à 3 (ceci est malheureusement fréquent). De même qu'elle peut avoir à compter un supplément à hauteur de 50% minimum du montant de la chambre qu'il lui faudrait fermer si les parents avec enfants persistent dans leur choix de dormir "ensemble" dans une même chambre. Reste bien sûr la possibilité de réserver deux chambres communiquantes pour que les enfants dorment en toute sécurité à proximité de leurs parents.

  • Détérioration, vol, perte : LES PATIO & COTTAGE DE SOPHIE se réservent le droit de facturer le réassort du linge lorsque celui-ci présente des tâches indélébiles suite au séjour (housse de couette 30 €HT, drap housse 14 €HT, taie d'oreiller 5 €HT, alèse 14 €HT, serviette de toilette 10 €HT). Perte clé de la chambre et/ou du garage : 90 €HT. Catalogue chambre emmené : 15 €HT. Idem pour toute dégradation et/ou vol de matériel et/ou objet de décoration, dont le préjudice resterait à définir.

  • Bagages volumineux : dans la mesure du possible, nous vous aidons à porter vos bagages, notamment à l'entrée et dans l'hôtel. Nous sommes toutefois une équipe essentiellement féminine et le Code du Travail (normes AFNOR) nous impose de ne pas porter de manière répétitive des charges de plus de 25 kgs. Or, nous remarquons que les bagages sont de plus en plus volumineux et lourds. En conséquence, nous vous remercions de comprendre que nous ne pouvons pas toujours vous aider comme nous aimerions pouvoir le faire.

  • Refus d'accès : en cas de comportement à risque pour l'établissement, son personnel et ses clients, LES PATIO & COTTAGE DE SOPHIE se réservent le droit de refuser l'accès à toute personne susceptible d'en perturber le bon fonctionnement (alcoolémie, vulgarité, menaces, irrespect, insultes, attitude douteuse, maladie / risque épidémique, ....)

CONDITIONS SPECIFIQUES AU PATIO

​

  • Mobilité réduite : les chambres du PATIO se situent au 1er et 2ème étages à compter de l'accueil ou du Patio. Le caractère ancien et les escaliers de cette maison ne permettent malheureusement pas d'accueillir des personnes à mobilité réduite. A ce titre, de par sa petite capacité d'accueil et son architecture, l'établissement n'est pas considéré comme ERP et n'a donc aucune obligation légale d'équipement spécifique (chambre PMR, adaptation tout handicap, ascenseur …) 

  • Personnes âgées ou avec un handicap de mouvement : si les escaliers sont larges et confortables, bordés de rampes, pour les personnes ayant quelques difficultés, nous recommandons les chambres OLIVIER ou POMMIER au 1er étage après l'accueil. Et déconseillons les chambres CITADELLE et DURANCE, les plus élevées et les seules en accès par un escalier plus étroit. 

 

CONDITIONS SPECIFIQUES AU COTTAGE

  • Enfants admis > 7 ans : pour des raisons de sécurité et de tranquillité des lieux, les enfants ne sont admis au COTTAGE DE SOPHIE qu'à partir de l'âge de 7 ans.

  • Tout enfant ou adolescent admis (voire adulte), qui ne respecterait pas la tranquillité des lieux, pourrait se voir refuser l'accès aux lieux communs (piscine, extérieurs, salons, cuisine, ....)

  • Piscine : la piscine est un bassin de nage semi-enterré de 12m par 4m. Sa profondeur maximale est de 1m40. Son entretien et matériel de filtration est adapté aux normes ARS bien que l'hôtel ne soit pas un ERP. La piscine est dotée d'un volet roulant fermé tous les soirs à partir de 21h et réouvert vers 8h du matin. En dehors de ces horaires, la piscine et les baignades sont sous l'entière responsabilité et surveillance des clients de l'hôtel. Le COTTAGE DE SOPHIE décline toute responsabilité en la matière. Tout matériel détérioré par le client, qu'il s'agisse de la piscine, des outils d'entretien ou des bains de soleil mis à sa disposition, lui sera facturé.

  • Serviettes piscine : pour le confort, une serviette de bain par personne est donnée à chaque arrivée. Pour des questions environnementales et de développement durable, elle n'est changée que tous les deux jours. 

  • Petit-déjeuner et repas du soir : si le petit-déjeuner est systématiquement proposé et servi tous les matins de 8h30 à 10h30 en saison, LE COTTAGE DE SOPHIE ne peut s'engager à un service de restauration régulier. Le repas du soir reste optionnel, en fonction des réservations et de la disponibilité du personnel.

  • Mobilité réduite : les chambres se situent au rez-de-jardin et 1er étage. De par sa petite capacité d'accueil, l'établissement n'est pas considéré comme ERP et n'a donc aucune obligation légale d'équipement spécifique (chambre PMR, adaptation tout handicap, ascenseur …) Pour les personnes ayant quelques difficultés, nous recommandons la chambre MISON en rez-de-jardin près de l'accueil. 

 

WARNING

In view of the many no-shows, which were detrimental to our establishments, we are unfortunately obliged to move from an almost non-existent deposit policy to greater vigilance.

The same applies to the increasingly frequent arrivals after opening hours, often without warning, imposing considerable additional staff costs. From now on, this waiting time will be chargeable. 

In the same way as breakfasts booked but not taken (a waste of food), or the private garage reserved in advance but not used (to the detriment of other customers who would have needed it).

In general terms, any customer who is unpleasant or disrespectful to our staff may be refused access to our services, as may any customer who has made a reservation with an invalid credit card or with incomplete information.

Finally, any comment left on the internet that we consider to be untrue, unfounded or defamatory may be subject to legal action, particularly if it is left on a partner site that refuses our right of reply (unfortunately this is often the case). This type of comment is doing more and more harm to the profession and, above all, to the staff who do their utmost to offer the best possible stay. Fortunately, they only represent 1.8% of the customers we receive, but they are particularly traumatic.

PAYMENT OF A DEPOSIT FOR ALL HOLIDAY BOOKINGS

ATTENTION : if the deposit is not received within 5 days after the booking confirmation by the PATIO & COTTAGE DE SOPHIE, it can not be maintained and / or guaranteed.

 

  • For direct bookings : the deposit is 30% of the total number of nights booked. It does not include extras (breakfast, drinks, meals, garage, etc.) or tourist tax. Cancellation is possible if made at least 5 days before the date of arrival. The deposit will then be refunded, with a €10 deduction per room to cover the cost of processing the booking and cancelling it. Any stay not cancelled within 5 days of arrival will be billed in full, as will any stay that has begun (reception) but has been cut short. Refund of deposits : the refund of the deposit (less the deduction) is paid within 30 days of the planned date of stay.

  • For external booking centres : the deposit is 100% of the total number of nights booked.It does not include extras (breakfast, drinks, meals, garage, etc.) or tourist tax. Cancellation is possible but not refundable. Any stay that has begun (reception) but has been cut short will be billed in full.

 

COMMON CONDITIONS TO PATIO & COTTAGE

 

  • No smoking : non-smoking establishment (customer safety).

  • No animals : animals not accepted (hygiene and allergies).

  • Other absence of obligations : the 3 *** classification as awarded by the official organization ATOUT FRANCE exempts the PATIO & COTTAGE DE SOPHIE from a reception of more than 12 hours / day, luggage help, elevator and air conditioning, which are for some of them criteria reserved for 4 ****. However, we do our best to satisfy you at best.

  • Limited number of people : Les PATIO & COTTAGE DE SOPHIE are small hotel of the 5th category whose accommodation capacity is limited. The Directorate is therefore likely to refuse to accept young children sleeping in their parents' room if it increases the capacity of reception beyond the number of authorized persons, and/or refuse parents who have booked a room of 2 and arrive at 3 (this is unfortunately common). In the same way, she may have to pay a supplement of at least 50% of the amount of the room that she would have to close if the parents with children persist in their choice to sleep "together" in the same room. There is of course the possibility of reserving two communicating rooms for the children to sleep safely near their parents.

  • Deterioration, theft, lost : Les PATIO & COTTAGE DE SOPHIE reserve the right to charge the restocking of linen when it has indelible tasks following the stay (duvet cover 30 € HT, fitted sheet 14 € HT, pillow case 5 € HT, mattress pad 14 € HT, towel 10 € HT). Loss of room and/or garage key : €90 excluding VAT. Room catalogue taken away: €15 excluding VAT. Ditto for any degradation and / or theft of equipment and / or objects of decoration, the damage of which will remain to be defined.

  • Large and heavy luggages : whenever possible, we help you with your luggage, especially at the entrance and in the hotel. However, we are an essentially female team and the Labor Code (AFNOR standards) requires us not to wear loads of more than 25 kg repetitively. However, we notice that the baggage is more and more bulky and heavy. As a result, we thank you for understanding that we can not always help you as we would like to be able to do it.

  • Refusal : in case of risky behaviour for the establishment, its staff and its customers, the PATIO & COTTAGE DE SOPHIE reserve the right to deny access to the hotel to anyone who may disrupt its proper functioning (blood alcohol, vulgarity, threats, insults, questionable attitude, illness/ epidemic risk.)

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS TO PATIO 

​

  • Reduced mobility : the rooms are on the 1st and 2nd floors from the reception or the PATIO. The old character and the stairs of this house unfortunately do not allow to accommodate people with reduced mobility. As such, due to its reduced capacity and its architecture, the establishment is not considered as ERP and therefore has no legal obligation for specific equipment (PMR room, elevator, …)

  • Elderly or with a disability of movement : if the stairs are wide and comfortable, lined with ramps, for people with some difficulties, we recommend the OLIVIER or POMMIER rooms on the 1st floor after the reception. And do not recommend the CITADEL and DURANCE rooms, the highest and the only ones with access by a narrower staircase.


SPECIFIC CONDITIONS TO COTTAGE

  • Children admitted > 7 years : for reasons of safety and tranquillity, children are only admitted to COTTAGE DE SOPHIE from the age of 7.

  • Any child or teenager admitted (or even an adult), who does not respect the peace and quiet of the premises, may be refused access to the communal areas (swimming pool, outside areas, lounges, kitchen, ....).

  • Swimming pool : the swimming pool is a semi-underground pool measuring 12m by 4m. Its maximum depth is 1m40. Its maintenance and filtration equipment comply with ARS standards, although the hotel is not an ERP. The pool is equipped with a roller shutter that closes every evening after 9pm and reopens around 8am. Outside these hours, the swimming pool and bathing areas are under the full responsibility and supervision of hotel guests. LE COTTAGE DE SOPHIE declines all responsibility in this respect. Any equipment damaged by the customer, whether in the swimming pool, maintenance tools or sun loungers provided, will be billed to the customer.

  • Pool towels : for your comfort, one towel per person will be provided on arrival. For environmental and sustainable development reasons, towels are only changed every two days. 

  • Breakfast and evening meal : although breakfast is systematically offered and served every morning from 8.30am to 10.30am in season, LE COTTAGE DE SOPHIE cannot commit to a regular catering service. Evening meals are optional, depending on bookings and staff availability.

  • Reduced mobility : rooms are located on the garden level and 1st floor. Due to its small capacity, the establishment is not considered to be an ERP and is therefore under no legal obligation to provide specific facilities (PRM room, adaptation for all disabilities, lift, etc.). For those with some difficulty, we recommend the MISON room on the garden level near reception.​​​​​

WARNUM

In Anbetracht der zahlreichen Nichterscheinen, die unseren Einrichtungen schaden, sehen wir uns leider gezwungen, von einer fast nicht vorhandenen Kautionspolitik zu größerer Wachsamkeit überzugehen.

Das Gleiche gilt für die immer häufigeren Ankünfte nach den Öffnungszeiten, oft ohne Vorwarnung, die erhebliche zusätzliche Personalkosten verursachen. Diese Wartezeit wird von nun an kostenpflichtig sein. 

Genauso wie ein bestelltes, aber nicht eingenommenes Frühstück (Verschwendung von Lebensmitteln) oder die im Voraus reservierte, aber nicht genutzte Privatgarage (zum Nachteil anderer Kunden, die sie gebraucht hätten).

Generell kann jedem Kunden, der sich unhöflich oder respektlos gegenüber unserem Personal verhält, der Zugang zu unseren Dienstleistungen verweigert werden, ebenso wie jedem Kunden, der eine Reservierung mit einer ungültigen Kreditkarte oder mit unvollständigen Angaben vorgenommen hat.

Schließlich kann jeder Kommentar im Internet, den wir für unwahr, unbegründet oder verleumderisch halten, gerichtlich verfolgt werden, insbesondere wenn er auf einer Partnerseite hinterlassen wird, die uns das Recht auf Antwort verweigert (was leider häufig der Fall ist). Diese Art von Kommentaren schadet immer mehr dem Berufsstand und vor allem den Mitarbeitern, die ihr Bestes tun, um den bestmöglichen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Zum Glück machen sie nur 1,8 % der Kunden aus, die wir empfangen, aber sie sind besonders traumatisch.

ZAHLUNG EINER ANZAHLUNG FÜR ALLE URLAUBSBUCHUNGEN

ACHTUNG : Wenn die Anzahlung nicht innerhalb von 5 Tagen nach der Buchungsbestätigung durch die PATIO & COTTAGE DE SOPHIE eingegangen ist, kann sie nicht aufrechterhalten und / oder garantiert werden.

 

  • Bei Direktbuchungen: Die Anzahlung beträgt 30 % der Gesamtzahl der gebuchten Nächte. Sie beinhaltet keine Extras (Frühstück, Getränke, Mahlzeiten, Garage, etc.) oder Kurtaxe. Eine Stornierung ist möglich, wenn sie mindestens 5 Tage vor dem Anreisedatum erfolgt. Die Anzahlung wird dann zurückerstattet, abzüglich 10 € pro Zimmer, um die Kosten für die Bearbeitung der Buchung und die Stornierung zu decken. Jeder Aufenthalt, der nicht innerhalb von 5 Tagen vor dem Anreisedatum storniert wird, wird in voller Höhe in Rechnung gestellt, ebenso wie ein bereits begonnener, aber abgebrochener Aufenthalt (Empfang). Rückerstattung der Kaution: Die Rückerstattung der Kaution (abzüglich des Abzugs) erfolgt innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach dem geplanten Aufenthaltsdatum.

  • Für externe Buchungsstellen: Die Anzahlung beträgt 100 % der Gesamtzahl der gebuchten Nächte, ohne Extras (Frühstück, Getränke, Mahlzeiten, Garage usw.) und ohne Kurtaxe. Eine Stornierung ist möglich, wird aber nicht zurückerstattet. Ein bereits begonnener, aber abgebrochener Aufenthalt wird in voller Höhe in Rechnung gestellt.
     

GEMEINSAME BEDINGUNGEN FÜR PATIO & COTTAGE

 

  • Rauchverbot : Nichtraucherbetrieb (Sicherheit der Gäste).

  • Keine Tiere : Tiere werden nicht akzeptiert (Hygiene und Allergien).

  • Andere Abwesenheit von Verpflichtungen : die 3 *** Klassifizierung, die von der offiziellen Organisation ATOUT FRANCE verliehen wurde, befreit die PATIO & COTTAGE DE SOPHIE von einer Rezeption von mehr als 12 Stunden / Tag, Gepäckhilfe, Aufzug und Klimaanlage, die für einige von ihnen Kriterien für 4 **** vorbehalten sind. Wir tun jedoch unser Bestes, um Sie so gut wie möglich zufrieden zu stellen.

  • Begrenzt auf Personen : Les PATIO & COTTAGE DE SOPHIE sind kleine Hotels der 5. Kategorie, deren Aufnahmekapazität begrenzt ist. Die Direktion kann sich daher weigern, kleine Kinder, die im Zimmer ihrer Eltern schlafen, zu akzeptieren, wenn dies die Kapazität der Rezeption über die Anzahl der zugelassenen Personen hinaus erhöht, und/oder Eltern abweisen, die ein Zimmer für 2 Personen gebucht haben und mit 3 Personen ankommen (dies ist leider üblich). Ebenso kann es sein, dass sie einen Zuschlag von mindestens 50 % des Betrages des Zimmers zahlen muss, das sie schließen müsste, wenn die Eltern mit Kindern auf ihrer Entscheidung beharren, „gemeinsam“ im selben Zimmer zu schlafen. Es besteht natürlich die Möglichkeit, zwei miteinander verbundene Zimmer zu reservieren, damit die Kinder sicher in der Nähe ihrer Eltern schlafen können.

  • Verschlechterung, Diebstahl, verloren: Les PATIO & COTTAGE DE SOPHIE behalten sich das Recht vor, die Wiederauffüllung der Wäsche in Rechnung zu stellen, wenn sie nach dem Aufenthalt unauslöschliche Aufgaben hat (Bettbezug 30 € HT, Spannbettlaken 14 € HT, Kopfkissenbezug 5 € HT, Matratzenauflage 14 € HT, Handtuch 10 € HT). Verlust des Zimmer- und/oder Garagenschlüssels: 90 € ohne MwSt. Wegnahme des Zimmerkatalogs: 15 € ohne MwSt. Gleiches gilt für die Beschädigung und/oder den Diebstahl von Ausstattungs- und/oder Dekorationsgegenständen, deren Schaden noch zu bestimmen ist.

  • Große und schwere Gepäckstücke: Wann immer möglich, helfen wir Ihnen mit Ihrem Gepäck, vor allem am Eingang und im Hotel. Wir sind jedoch ein hauptsächlich weibliches Team und das Arbeitsgesetzbuch (AFNOR-Normen) verlangt von uns, nicht wiederholt Lasten von mehr als 25 kg zu tragen. Wir stellen jedoch fest, dass das Gepäck immer sperriger und schwerer wird. Wir danken Ihnen daher für Ihr Verständnis, dass wir Ihnen nicht immer so helfen können, wie wir es gerne tun würden.

  • Verweigerung: Im Falle eines für die Einrichtung, das Personal und die Gäste gefährlichen Verhaltens behalten sich PATIO & COTTAGE DE SOPHIE das Recht vor, Personen, die den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb des Hotels stören könnten, den Zutritt zu verweigern (Blutalkohol, Pöbeleien, Drohungen, Beleidigungen, fragwürdiges Verhalten, Krankheits- oder Seuchenrisiko).

SPEZIFISCHEN BEDINGUNGEN BIS PATIO 

​

  • Eingeschränkte Mobilität: die Zimmer sind im 1. und 2. Stock von der Rezeption oder der PATIO. Der alte Charakter und die Treppe dieses Hauses leider nicht erlauben, um Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität unterzubringen. Aufgrund der eingeschränkten Kapazität und der Architektur gilt die Einrichtung nicht als ERP und ist daher nicht gesetzlich verpflichtet, spezielle Einrichtungen (PMR-Raum, Aufzug, ...) zu installieren.

  • Ältere Menschen oder Menschen mit einer Bewegungsbehinderung: wenn die Treppen breit und bequem sind, mit Rampen, für Menschen mit einigen Schwierigkeiten, empfehlen wir die Zimmer OLIVIER oder POMMIER im 1. Nicht zu empfehlen sind die Zimmer CITADEL und DURANCE, die am höchsten gelegenen und die einzigen, die über eine schmale Treppe erreichbar sind.


SPEZIFISCHEN BEDINGUNGEN BIS COTTAGE

  • Kinder ab 7 Jahren: Aus Gründen der Sicherheit und der Ruhe sind Kinder erst ab 7 Jahren in COTTAGE DE SOPHIE zugelassen.

  • Jedes Kind oder jeder Jugendliche (oder auch ein Erwachsener), der die Ruhe der Anlage nicht respektiert, kann der Zugang zu den Gemeinschaftsbereichen (Schwimmbad, Außenbereiche, Aufenthaltsräume, Küche, ....) verweigert werden.

  • Schwimmbad: Das Schwimmbad ist ein halb-unterirdisches Schwimmbad mit den Maßen 12m x 4m. Seine maximale Tiefe beträgt 1,40 m. Die Wartungs- und Filteranlagen entsprechen den ARS-Normen, obwohl das Hotel kein ERP ist. Das Schwimmbad ist mit einem Rolltor ausgestattet, das sich jeden Abend nach 21 Uhr schließt und gegen 8 Uhr morgens wieder öffnet. Außerhalb dieser Zeiten stehen das Schwimmbad und die Badebereiche unter der vollen Verantwortung und Aufsicht der Hotelgäste. LE COTTAGE DE SOPHIE lehnt jede Verantwortung in dieser Hinsicht ab. Alle vom Kunden beschädigten Ausrüstungsgegenstände, sei es im Schwimmbad, Wartungsgeräte oder die zur Verfügung gestellten Liegestühle, werden dem Kunden in Rechnung gestellt.

  • Handtücher für den Pool: Für Ihren Komfort wird bei der Ankunft ein Handtuch pro Person zur Verfügung gestellt. Aus Gründen des Umweltschutzes und der nachhaltigen Entwicklung werden die Handtücher nur alle zwei Tage gewechselt. 

  • Frühstück und Abendessen: Obwohl das Frühstück in der Saison systematisch jeden Morgen von 8.30 bis 10.30 Uhr angeboten und serviert wird, kann LE COTTAGE DE SOPHIE keinen regelmäßigen Catering-Service anbieten. Die Abendmahlzeiten sind fakultativ und hängen von den Buchungen und der Verfügbarkeit des Personals ab.

  • Eingeschränkte Mobilität: Die Zimmer befinden sich auf der Gartenebene und im ersten Stock. Aufgrund der geringen Kapazität gilt die Einrichtung nicht als ERP und ist daher nicht gesetzlich verpflichtet, besondere Einrichtungen (PRM-Zimmer, Anpassung für alle Behinderungen, Aufzug usw.) bereitzustellen. Für Personen mit einigen Schwierigkeiten empfehlen wir das MISON-Zimmer auf der Gartenebene in der Nähe der Rezeption.
